Chicken nuggets, in fact, are usually made from the same meat you see in the supermarket, which is broiler meat.
Most chicken nuggets begin by dividing the chicken breasts. It can be read on the package that the product contains “rib meat.” Rib meat is just a natural extension of breast meat. This is not an additive or a filler.
Another bone from chicken legs and thighs may be added. The pulp can then be etched in order to improve the juiciness and flavor of the meat.
The meat is then crushed and molded in the same way as you would be formed meatball from ground product. It is then cooked and breaded usually baked or fried in oil.
