Vitamin C may protect against the flu, infections, vitamin A has some antioxidant properties and folic acid is great for women during pre-conception, it can be very good for the baby to be born. This is not where the benefits end of collards. They also come very good filled with minerals such as copper, manganese, calcium, iron and zinc.
